ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIPS
The Merjent Foundation offers several scholarships to students who demonstrate academic success and intend to pursue an environmental career in energy, archaeology, engineering, or other environmental field. The Merjent Foundation Academic Scholarship is a one-time $2,500.00 scholarship awarded to two individuals (one college freshman or sophomore, and one college junior or senior). The David Campbell Memorial Scholarship is a one-time $3,500.00 scholarship awarded to one college under-grad or graduate student.

I feel truly honored to be chosen for the David Campbell Memorial Scholarship. Receiving this award helps me focus on school, participate in environmental clubs, volunteer for restoration work, and spend time on research projects. I am pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Ecosystem Restoration and Management - a true life passion. I have enjoyed every experience at UW-Stevens Point, and I hope to become more of a leader in the College of Natural Resources as I continue my education.
